Petit Comitè wants to celebrate the arrival of 2020 with all of you. For this reason, they have prepared a special dinner offering gastronomic proposals to start the New Year well.

The menu begins by welcoming the guests with snacks: Impur Cocktail – pink cloud, the world’s best olives, crispy Iberian ham, tuna fillet with pickles, anchovy on stracciatella and praline almond, foie gras “Filipino” with pecan nuts, potato heart with egg yolk and caviar, and “0” oyster with pork belly.
There will follow royal crab in champagne, roasted monkfish with black butter and grilled beef steak with potato parmentier, soufflé potatoes and bearnaise sauce.
To finish , desserts, with mimetic tangerine with lemon cream, basil pesto and mint.
The price is € 179 per person, VAT included.
