The Petit Comitè restaurant will celebrate the arrival of 2018 with a special dinner in which they will put on board unique gastronomic proposals and specially prepared for this Christmas meal.
The menu, inspired by the cuisine of the senses of Nandu Jubany, will welcome diners with welcome snacks and a glass of cava. Already at the table, several snacks will be served, among which you can find proposals as diverse as “Pickled scallop in ‘escabeche’ ” or “Tou de Til·lers cheese cannelloni with truffle”. Next, seafood, fish and meat will take center stage with “Curry of Palamós prawns with fresch coconut”, “Stewed monkfish with ‘cap i pota’ of sea cucumber and eggplan” and “Angus” beef rib with grenache, pumpkin chutney and spices”.
The desserts will close the dinner with the “Lemon sphere with textures and flambé merengue” and “Torrons and homemade ‘neules’ Biscuits”. Before going on to celebrate the change of the year with grapes and cotillion. It is recommended to book well in advance to ensure the availability of tables.

The restaurant Petit Comitè revalidates its presence in the Top10 of the best restaurants made by the Macarfi Guide in Barcelona, occupying the tenth position of the ranking.
The Macarfi Guide presented on Monday the book in which, for the first time, the best restaurants in Madrid are added to those in Barcelona to collect in one volume the most interesting gastronomic proposals of both cities.
Being in the Top10 of the best restaurants in Barcelona for the second consecutive year represents a recognition of the continued work of Petit Comitè to offer its own author cuisine and true to the flavours’ cuisine of Nandu Jubany.

One more year, Petit Comitè adheres to the Solidarity Tapa, an initiative promoted by the Casal dels Infants that supports mothers with babies from 0 to 3 years old. The proposal lasts until January 6 and, for each tapa, 0.50 cents is given to the entity so that subsequently the necessary actions for the families can be realised. The Petit Comitè’s solidary tapa is Grilled pork ear with “trinxat” and “picada”.
Petit Comité and its team are starting up this Tuesday, August 22, after three weeks of holidays, not only have they taken advantage to load the batteries but also to adapt the carte with new seasonal products and make changes to the restaurant space.
The visitors of Petit Comitè will find changes to the pavement and some new bars.

This Thursday, the Tast a la Rambla was launched and Petit Comitè participates with the Open Tortilla with bread with tomato, dry sausage and ripped sausage, a funny, fresh gastronomic offer that perfectly shows the author touch of the Jubany cuisine.
The Tast a la Rambla is located at the level of the Rambla de Santa Mònica and you can enjoy at this emblematic area of the city until next Sunday, June 11. The Tast a la Rambla opens every day for lunch and closes at 10 o’clock, except on Saturday, when it will remain open until midnight.
The fourth edition ofTast a la Rambla will take place from June, 8 to 11, in Barcelona with the presence of 50 restaurants of the city. Petit Comitè participates again in this initiative to support the gastronomy of Barcelona and to put in value emblematic spaces like the Rambla.
The participation of Petit Comitè will be representative of the Jubany gastronomy, with the Open Tortilla with bread with tomato, longaniza and open sausage.
Nandu Jubany has been present at the presentation of the Tast a la Rambla that has been made this Tuesday at the Opera Samfaina in the company of other chefs who also participate.
From today you can taste the gastronomic proposals with the Mediterranean bluefin tuna from Balfegó in 75 restaurants of Catalonia. Petit Comitè has incorporated this so cherished ingredient in its menu with the dish ‘Grilled bluefin tuna with pickle and vegetables’.

The restaurant Petit Comitè received on Tuesday the Insigna acknowledgment as restaurant, a new quality label impulsed by the Guild of Restaurants of Barcelona. This initiative aims at acknowledging the professionalism of the best restaurants of the Catalan capital in different aspects like service, adequation of the premises, internal organisation, food management, security or communication.
A total of 50 restaurants of Barcelona have been awarded with this label, amongst them Petit Comitè.
The portal Crónica Global selected Petit Comitè at the end of 2016 as one of the 20 best restaurants of Barcelona that has no Michelin star. Of Petit Comitè they highlight its will to reinterpret the traditional cuisine through the innovation proposed by Nandu Jubany and his team.
